Each presenting company will have a:
- 40-minute group PowerPoint and Q&A session (simultaneous & retrievable webcast) immediately followed by
- 40-minute break-out session in conference room open immediately followed by
- One-on-one meetings – we emphasize attendance at your 40 minute break-out session over one-on-one meetings.
- If an investor cannot attend your presentation and Q&A live, your webcast is retrievable for up to 90 days
- Ability to analyze traffic and attendee data for both the live event and archived
