Each presenting company will have a 40 minute corporate presentation & Q/A session followed by a 40 minute breakout session in a separate conference room. Company breakout sessions are an opportunity for investors to meet with company management for a more in depth Q/A session. We have used breakout sessions in our analyst conferences for 24 years and have found them to be highly functional. Typically several investors meet with each management team and benefit from a range of questions asked by several professional investors.
